Shipping
We want you to receive your products as soon as possible!
With the exception of our heaviest items, which are drop shipped to save on shipping costs, we stock our products in our warehouse for quick shipment.
We ship via USPS or FedEx unless otherwise requested. Most orders are shipped in 1 to 3 days.
Please e-mail or call for international shipping rates.
Shipping rates for bulk quantities and toilets are provided by quotation.
Shipping rates for US customers are:
$ 0.01 - $ 4.49 = $ 4.90
$ 4.50 - $ 14.99 = $ 5.00
$ 15.00 - $ 29.99 = $ 6.50
$ 30.00 - $ 74.99 = $ 9.50
$ 75.00 - $ 99.99 = $14.50
$100+ = FREE
Returns: At USALandlord Conservation Products, we make our return policies easy and convenient. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping charges).

Please follow these steps:
-Write a note describing how you want us to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, issue a refund, or other (please explain)?
-Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.
-Please provide an email address and telephone number in case we have questions.
Returns (toilets only)
Please retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition of your toilet. Doing so will make it easier to return if necessary.
Email us at info@usalandlord.com to let us know you wish to return the toilet. We will email you back within 48 hours with a return instructions.
Damaged Items
If your package was damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please call 1-866-253-0102 within 3 business days of receipt.
Immediate Exchanges
You may request an immediate exchange by emailing us at info@usalandlord.com. We'll need to charge you the purchase price for the second item, but we'll waive the shipping and handling charge. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.
Our Guarantee
If you or your tenants are not satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund within 1 year.
